Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship orders immediately. Orders typically ship within 2 business days.

Orders ship from either our warehouse in Arlington, TX.

In most cases order ship via LTL freight.  Due to the size and bulkiness of the materials, rush deliveries are not possible in most cases.  An appointment will be set by the freight carrier and a signature is required prior to taking possession of the goods.

Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days of the original order date.

Please inspect all good upon arrival and make note with the delivery driver of an exceptions or damages.  Take pictures of the goods prior to unloading from the pallet if possible.  Contact us immediately at info@straightcurve.com.

We try to keep shipping fees to a minimum and use a flat rate shipping method equivalent to approximately 16% of the total order value.  There is a freight cap of $325.  Flat rate shipping does not apply to returned goods and a freight quote is required.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states.  If you are outside of this range and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at info@straightcurve.com and we will provide a freight quote, or put you in touch with another Straightcurve distributor if  there is one in your area.

Pick-up is available at the TX warehouse location.  Please contact us at info@straightcurve.com prior to purchasing for details on pickup.
